Under Molnet Records has already dazzled us once in recent months with their entrancing release by Big End, but they aren’t done with us quite yet. Out today is a collection of minimalist techno by the label’s founder Pelle Härdstedt called Ypsilon, which perfectly captures the spirit of early raves with its unyielding pulses and 4/4 kicks. Pay particular attention to the title track, which feels like New Order’s The Beach expanded and refracted for the modern dance music audience.
